These Terms apply to your use of cuddlefishcuts.com and purchases from Cuddlefish Cuts. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or complete a purchase.

Products and handmade variation

We make and finish our products in small batches or one at a time. Shirts and art prints are printed individually by hand. Small differences in ink coverage, texture, alignment, and placement are a natural part of that process, so every printed piece may be slightly unique. These subtle variations are not defects on their own.

We make a thoughtful effort to show and describe products accurately, including their materials, colors, measurements, and production methods. Screens display color differently, and handmade products may not be perfectly identical to the photographed example. We inspect items before packing them and will not knowingly send anything we consider defective.

Orders, prices, and availability

Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the storefront and may change before an order is placed. Taxes, shipping charges, and any other checkout costs are shown when applicable. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order if an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be completed, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded.

Production and shipping

Made-to-order shirts and prints generally need 1 to 3 weeks of production time before shipment. Ready-to-ship items may leave sooner. If one order contains both kinds of items, we generally wait until everything is ready and send the order together.

Available destinations, shipping methods, rates, and carrier estimates appear at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates begin after production and are not guarantees. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delays outside our reasonable control may occur. Please contact us if a shipment appears lost or arrives damaged so we can help investigate.

Cancellations, returns, and order problems

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will help when we reasonably can, but changes are not guaranteed after production has started or a package has shipped.

Because many items are handmade or made specifically after ordering, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns, routine size exchanges, or returns caused by selecting the wrong size. Please review product details and size information carefully before ordering.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise clearly wrong, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number and photos when they would help. We will review the situation and work toward a fair replacement, refund, or other solution when appropriate. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Checkout and payment

Cart and checkout services are provided by Shopify. Payment processing may also involve third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy practices may apply to the information and services they provide. You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment, billing, shipping, and contact information.

Artwork and site content

Unless a page says otherwise, the artwork, photographs, writing, branding, graphics, and site content belong to Cuddlefish Cuts or the credited artist and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item, not permission to copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially use the artwork or site content.

You may use the site for ordinary personal shopping and browsing. Please do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or use its content unlawfully.

Site availability and responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but errors, interruptions, or outdated information can happen. We may correct errors, update content, or change or discontinue features when needed.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cuddlefish Cuts is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our total responsibility for a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law remain in effect.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the shop or applicable requirements change. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order unless the law requires otherwise.
